As technology and digital era is rapidly growing, the world of work is changing fast as well. It’s important to recognize and map the new work models or adjusting the required education and skills which our labours will need. With the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there is a greater variety of adult training and learning opportunities which is necessary to strengthen the quality of our human resources. Not only the skills, the characteristics which owned by millennials will be a challenge to successfully hiring global talents. Based on Indonesia Millennial Report 2019, the ideal length of working period in a company for millennials was only 2–3 years. While what make millennials would stay in a company were the existence of self-development opportunities, a collaborative teammates, the freedom to be creative, and flexible working hours.
